Prohibited services: Services that are on Gig.tn’s list of prohibited services or that violate our Terms of Use may not be published.

Service clarity: Each service must offer a single service or a group of interdependent, complementary services. Different services should be listed as distinct.

Content quality: The text of a service must be clearly written, intelligible and error-free.

Accurate titles: Service titles should accurately reflect the services offered.

Consistency: Information within a service must be consistent. For example, the prices mentioned in the description must correspond to the pricing fields.

Scope of work: Each service must clearly indicate the amount of work included in a service or package without any additional options.

Unique content: Services must not duplicate other services. More than 70% of a service’s content being identical to another is considered a duplicate.

Relevant media: Images and videos must be relevant to the proposed service and of high quality. They must:

• Be precise and clear.
• Make your text legible, even on thumbnails.
• Avoid garish or psychedelic colors.
• Exclude prohibited content.
• Be free of watermarks, contact information or promotional content.

No external contact: Services must not encourage buyers to contact the seller outside of Gig.tn or conduct off-platform transactions.

Additional options: Additional services must be listed as additional options and must not overlap with the main service or other options.

Specific guidelines for services

Verification of work: For services whose results are difficult to verify, the information in the service should detail how the vendor will provide proof of completion.

No solicitation of reviews: Services must not solicit reviews or offer incentives for reviews. Vendors may offer extra work, but not in exchange for reviews.

Language: All elements of a service must be in English, with the exception of non-English names, trademarks and work samples.

Correct categorization: Services must be listed in the correct category corresponding to the main service provided.

Fixed price: Services must not contain offers to negotiate prices or delivery times. These must be clearly indicated in the service.
